Today was our official one month anniversary. I was told by you to be home between noon and
1pm. Leah, Ben, and Naomi showed up to
my house with my favorite liquid truffle and ginger snap from the Chocolate
Lounge. They also had a sign that said
“¡Te quiero!”. I had an email waiting
that I could read after my surprise (I’m not telling you how many times I read
that email :) )…

love you! whatever i said in spanish, those are the three words i wanted you to
hear today! i've wanted to say it for a while. quite a while. but i
didn't...because i wanted it to be something really special for you! and i want
you to know its yours.

was something i had actually planned for october. i really wanted to say it in
person. but i couldn't wait a day longer. every time i say good night and have
to bite my lip, or when we text in the middle of the night...well lets just say
this is what i've wanted to say for some time now. i love you for who you are.
for your story. for the way you make me feel. being able to call you mine and
knowing i'm yours..i love the way i get so happy just to catch glance of a
picture of you. i love the idea of our future! i think what gets me so excited
about saying "i love you" is all the possibilities i see for us!
moving around? mexico? juliet and her 25 siblings? seeing you tipsy? asheville?
themed dates? making up holidays? summers? back yard dance parties? october!?
and lastly, talking to you on the phone today! i can't wait! so until then, te
